NEDA LLC has significant experience in the realization of Electrical, Low-current, fire protection and automation systems for high-tech infrastructures such as hospitals, large residential complex buildings, exhibition centers, sports and mall centers. We also collaborate in a significant and active way with mechanical sub-contractors involved in the projects acquired. In this regard, in order to cope with the numerous requests for MEP lump sum works, the Property has decided to structure the NEDA with a Technical Management expert in MEP installations, skillful of managing all engineering systems present in the buildings (Electrical, Low-current, HVAC, Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing, firefighting and smoke evacuation).
• Management
The planned site organization, will be able to manage every aspect of the works starting from the coordination of the design, development of the workshop drawings, approval procedures, material procurement, installation, certifications and finally Tests while involving and managing local companies as a support.
• Heating, Ventilating and Air-conditioning HVAC
Specifically, for HVAC, Ventilation, Smoke Exhaust and Firefighting, will collaborate with a proven track record in the construction work in Russian federation.
• Plumbing
For Plumbing, water and sewage systems, NEDA will directly organize, with its one staff, the design, the procurement of equipment & material and the installation.
• Procurement
NEDA provides testing and commissioning and issue the relevant certifications. No any Joint venture will be set up, The Customer will have NEDA as contractor in charge for any project engineering systems and the sole guarantor of the completion of MEP works
